In this course, presented by Dr. Janis Tondora, participants will learn to:
– Identify 3 common quality flaws in the documentation of Person-Centered Recovery Planning
– Verbalize recovery-oriented responses for staff around the “Top Ten Concerns” in Person-Centered Recovery Planning
– Increase skills in critically reviewing recovery plan documentation through practice with an established PCRP Quality Indicators review tool
Kentucky currently has nine Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) teams across the state, serving young people with or at risk of First Episode Psychosis (FEP). These teams are called iHOPE (Helping Others Pursue Excellence).
